Structured Interview: The first is designed to assess an individual’s fitness for role.  This interview is undertaken by trained trauma practitioners who take the employee through a structured interview process looking at aspects of the employee’s personal and working life.  During the course of the interview the results of the screening are explained and a fitness for role certificate generated which may include recommended adjustments.

Psychological Assessment:  The second interview is used with employees who are experiencing psychological difficulties and may be absent from work.  These employees will have completed the on-line psychological screening.  The psychological assessment screening interviews are undertaken by highly experienced trauma psychologists with the objective of identifying the employee’s psychological state, reason for the state.  The final report will also include recommendations for improving psychological wellbeing through a tailored rehabilitation programme.

Both psychological interviews can be undertaken face to face, by telephone or video conference.
