On occasions organisations need to know how to support a troubled employee.

The psychological screening programme allows organisations to refer an employee who will be required to complete a special set of questionnaires designed to identify the nature of their difficulties, the reason that the difficulty occurred and the best intervention or means of providing support.

Typically this programme has been used with employees who are struggling or who are off work with stress or other psychological problems. Organisations using this programme have commented on how the psychological reports provide them with the information they require to make confident decisions on the best way forward.

This specialist screening is always undertaken by a psychologist who will analyse the data provided from the screening and undertake a face to face or telephone structured interview with the employee. The psychologist will then provide the organisation and employee with a report which will provide an opinion on the current psychological state, reasons for the state and advice on how the employee can be helped.
